Hi Beth!

I cannot give you guys enough praise! The night went so smooth, all the music was perfect and timed perfectly and the lighting was FANTASTIC! Everyone was saying how romantic the room felt! Also, everyone was dancing! And when I say everyone, even older folks were out there that I would have never expected! I even had a man thank me for not playing just the popular songs out today, but mixing it up with some of the oldies. Everything went so well, I couldn't have asked for more! The music during the ceremony was spot on and then when we entered the reception, absolutely perfect! The cuts that DJ Mike M. did of the AC/DC songs were phenomenal! I got goose bumps!

Hi Beth,

A big thank you to you and Mike C. for transforming the University Club into a warm, inviting retreat on a chilly November evening! The amber lighting was just beautiful and provided the perfect illumination throughout the entire Club. I especially loved how Mike C. placed the uplighting in the bow window behind the head table. The lighting behind us looks so beautiful in the photographs and really made the flowers stand out. I can't think of anything you could have done better. I was so grateful that you were flexible when we changed our venue earlier this year. I realize that Mike C. had to make two trips out for us, to Newport and to Providence. From Vernon, both locations are quite a drive. Thank you for being so responsive over email and phone. You were so easy to work with and your service was the best. I'm hoping to provide you with a few photos once we receive them from the photographer. Our wedding day was definitely all we expected and more. We couldn't have done it without our stellar vendors, especially PartyProDJ.

Planning a wedding is difficult enough. Doing it from another state only complicates the situation. Living in North Carolina and getting married in Connecticut, while ideal in its setting, created some difficulties for me. Utilizing the web to find just the right people to be a part of our wedding was a strenuous undertaking. When I found PartyProDJ I was impressed by the website as well as the amount of information asked even before I spoke with any of you. I felt that it was a good starting point and a company that would be able to replicate my vision for my wedding.

When Abby and I met with you and Mike C. we were convinced in having made the right choice for our wedding. You addressed every element we had thought about and even some we had not thought of. It was professional and non pressured. Abby and I walked away checking off another important detail to our wedding.

The reception, thanks to a great day of weather, was surrounded by beautiful notes of music. DJ Evan hit the nail on the head. The cocktail hour, the dinner and the dancing were perfectly orchestrated. People felt welcome and at ease with the music in the background. I was skeptical to whether or not anyone was going to dance that night, but I can't remember a single song that didn't have a large group moving to each melody. All throughout the evening I kept an ear to the speaker because every, and I mean every, song I asked for was included. Each song has a special meaning for Abby and I. They are remembrances of our history and wonderful reflections of our time together. I think what was equally impressive was the fact that you and Mike attended the reception. I had no idea either of you would be there. Your presence showed me just how committed your company was to the success of my wedding. It is with great joy that I say thank you to PartyProDJ. Thank you all for being an integral part of its success.

Gene and I are really happy that we chose PartyProDJ for our wedding. It was great working with Beth and Mike C. through the entire process. I really felt the attention you gave us was outstanding. Hurricane Irene Wedding!

Our experience with Beth, DJ John and the rest of the crew at PartyProDJ was amazing, we couldn't have been happier! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They are incredibly nice and professional and a real pleasure to work with!

Our situation was also a little unique but I think it really illustrates how dedicated the people at PartyProDJ are to making sure you have the best wedding possible. One problem we encountered was that the band I had secured for the ceremony and cocktail hour started giving me trouble less than a week before our wedding.

When we met with Beth and DJ John the Tuesday before our wedding for our final meeting, I told them I was having concerns about the band and she told me not to worry about it they would be there for me and would be ready to cover in case something happened.

Well, something did happen.... Hurricane Irene and the band did not show. But when I had all kinds of other things to be stressed about because of the weather, I knew that the band not showing wasn't going to be a problem. My event planner from my venue called Beth Saturday morning and they were all set to cover the ceremony and cocktail hour, no questions asked.

As far as the actual event, DJ John did an awesome job! He did such a great job with all the announcements and introductions, and played all the music I wanted and nothing I didn't like. Our event had to be cut short because of the weather but the dance floor was packed from the minute dinner ended until we were kicked out of the place!

He played exactly the kind of music we wanted and at an appropriate volume during dinner so that everyone could talk and socialize without having to yell at each other across the tables (something I've had to do at weddings before). And as soon as dinner was over, he had everybody out on the dance floor--from our teenage cousins to our parents and all of their friends. He also did a great job of dealing with the unique situation, in terms of letting all our guests know what was going on with the timing of the event and giving them key information.

They totally saved the day for me and covered my ceremony and cocktail hour flawlessly. People had no idea that things didn't go as I had planned; they just thought that was what was supposed to happen.

I don't mean to sound too cheesy and positive (I hope this isn't coming across that way) but I really had the most amazing experience working with them. Beth and DJ John were both so sweet and helpful, and I can't imagine what would have happened for my ceremony and cocktail hour if I wasn't lucky enough to be working with such a great DJ company.

Hurricane Irene Wedding,

We got married on August 28, 2011. That was the day that Hurricane Irene hit Connecticut. High winds downed trees and wires and heavy rains caused small rivers to overflow their banks. The state of CT closed the roads. After a last minute change in venue, our wedding went on anyway! Beth (the owner of PartyPro DJ) and DJ Jeff were there way before they needed to be. DJ Jeff was already doing what he does best - playing music and making our guests feel at ease. We initially met with Beth (owner of PartyPro DJ) to go over our needs and expectations and I was in constant communication with her (via email and phone calls) throughout the planning process. DJ Jeff was fantastic and played everything we wanted to hear. He also "MC'd" our reception, making sure the day flowed smoothly and effortlessly.

I would recommend PartyPro DJ and DJ Jeff to everyone!

We can not say enough about you all from PartyPro DJ. From day one we felt as if we were your ONLY clients. The personal attention you provided to us throughout the entire process was such a comfort. Let's face it, music can make or break a wedding experience and not only were Courtney and I thoroughly satisfied with J. Raven's music selection and performance, but our guests were in awe of him as well.

Our ceremony set up was absolutely perfect. The mics were at a perfect volume and you guys nailed all the song selections flawlessly. We are glad we took your advice to exchange our vows with a mic as it allowed our guests to really share in it with us.

The wedding was exactly what my daughter wanted, simple, laid back, beautiful and everyone had a lot of fun. I could not have made a better choice. You handled everything and DJ John was professional and really on the ball. Katherine and Gregory could not say enough about how awesome he was.

Her girlfriends asked him to play her favorite song and he took the song off her ipod, put it on his computer and played it five minutes later. That wowed the younger crowd for the rest of the night.

I cannot thank you enough for all your guidance and for putting up with all the last minute changes. It was wonderful, you were wonderful and when the other two children get married you are the first one's we will call.

PartyPro DJ was excellent! Planning the wedding you could tell they were professional. They helped us organize the night, and blend our very unique music selections. My husband wanted to hear the Unicorn Song, and I thought there was no way we would hear that without clearing the dance floor, but DJ Evan found a way to make it work!!

on all fronts you took care of (which were surprisingly many).

I wanted to relay that DJ Mike M. was just an amazing DJ, more than we could have hoped for or imagined. The GREATEST thing I think he did (and there were many great things) was to make a note (which I happened to notice) during my dad's speech that my parents and I used to sing, "Sugar Pie Honey Bunch" before bed when I was little. I had not mentioned it on my initial list of songs, I don't think. It was the first song he played once dancing time started and it got EVERYONE on the dance floor as a result. It was a great start to what continued to be just a great dancing stretch to finish out the wedding. It was also amazingly thoughtful - that goes for his demeanor and awareness throughout the wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about them. They were professional and fun and they really added to the night. We had mentioned to them about the fact that the Hillstead has a persnickity neighbor who complains about noise and they handled it so well. They were able to work it so that the music was at a perfect level for conversation and enjoyment. Their selection of world music was also great! Loved their choices. First and foremost, thank you so much for being such a big part of a fantastic wedding. From our first meeting throughout the entire planning process, your professional demeanor and attention to detail was noticed and extremely appreciated. We couldn't have been the easiest clients to deal with as we were trying to plan things from Florida, but your prompt responses to our questions and requests reassured us that you had everything under control and allowed us to relax knowing we were in good hands. The online planning software was also great and helped us to better visualize the flow of the music throughout the evening and ensure that our favorite songs were going to be played.

I have no doubt that DJ John hears this with regularity, but he did a fantastic job the day of the wedding. He complimented our list of requested songs very well, and made it so that everyone wanted to be out on the dance floor until the end of the night. Some of the funnest memories I'll take away from that day are all of my friends rocking out like crazy people song after song after song.

So once again, thank you so much for being an excellent DJ service. You undoubtedly have our recommendation to all of our friends in need of future party services.

DJ Mike M. was an awesome host and DJ. Everyone mentioned how enthusiastic he was and how professional he was. Everything worked out perfect and the day turned out to be much less stressful than we had both figured it would be. I really loved that we picked a lot of our music and heard all of our music. A lot of friends and family stated that it was the most fun wedding they had been to. I think mainly because it was relaxed, dinner music was fun and filled a huge spectrum of styles, so everyone had a little fun with it. Even my dad who just had knee surgery 3 months ago was out on the dance floor.

We chose you because, based on the initial conversation that Colin had with you, you seemed very professional and organized, and you were! Your price was slightly higher than our target, but we understood that the DJ-ing was a big part of the reception, and we were willing to invest a bit more in making the evening go right.

DJ Mike exceeded our expectations as you know, he took the time to meet with Colin in person as well as correspond with us on the phone and over email several times in preparation for the event, and he never seemed rushed. He was very polite, tactful, and open to the somewhat nontraditional things we wanted to include in the evening (trivia, puppet show). He even offered creative suggestions for making these parts of the reception better.

The DJ-ing on the night of the wedding was fantastic. DJ Mike understood the type of music we were looking for and did a great job of playing those songs and choosing others along the same lines. My parents in particular were really pleased with his MC-ing. He was engaging without being in-your-face.

We wouldn't hesitate to refer friends to PartyProDJ. Working with you was a smooth and enjoyable experience for us, and we want to thank you and DJ Mike for doing your part to make our wedding the success that it was!

I can't tell you enough how great you and J. Raven both were and how many people commented on what an awesome DJ we had. You were such a big help keeping your eye out for anything you were able to help with. Honestly, you also made my night because my mother in law had said you were overpriced when we signed with you and I fought her about it a bit, and boy did she change her tune that night!!

If you ever do any bridal shows and want a client there, or if there is anything at all I can do beyond recommending you to every bride I meet, please let me know.

You and J. Raven were such huge contributors to the success that we had that night. People don't often tell you that it was the funnest wedding they have ever been to, so I take my guests word for it when they tell me that! The status updates on facebook Saturday morning were a great indicator as well!

When we booked The Bushnell for our reception, at first Greg and I both were sure we wanted a band. We just didn't think that a DJ was elegant enough for that space. But more and more we realized that we wanted to the original versions of our song picks, not covers. So we knew we had to go with a DJ, but we were a little nervous about what that would be like in that space. But we are SO happy that we went with PartyProDJ LLC. You guys were the class, elegance and fun we needed! We had nothing to worry about.

Everything was absolutely perfect and incredible. The meeting with you and DJ John prior to the wedding was relaxed and informative and we left it with a great sense of confidence in your professionalism and music knowledge. I loved that we could choose our music online, but what was even better was the fact that I could tell that DJ John had really gone over our playlist and supplemented it seamlessly with some of his own picks.

On the wedding day everything went smoothly and perfectly. DJ John was not only a great DJ, but a great party host, keeping things interesting, the party moving and everyone having fun. People were dancing from the moment the reception started until the very last dance. He kept the music at a volume that was perfect for dancing, but not at all too loud. People could still talk, not yell, to each other while others were enjoying the dance floor. DJ John also was great in that he was in communication with me throughout the reception and was just so nice and went beyond the call of duty in every aspect.

It's been over 3 weeks since the wedding and people are STILL talking about how incredible the DJ was. I have heard comments like: "That was the best wedding I've ever been to!" and "Your DJ made the night - best music at a wedding ever!" Actually, even DURING the reception people were telling me how great the music was. Some of my friends have told me that they are intimidated to get married now because there's no way they could ever top that party! I definitely attribute that to DJ John excellent work.

Thanks again to both you and DJ John! The wedding was perfect and everyone had a wonderful time. I know a DJ can make or break a reception. DJ John definitely made the night perfect and I couldn't be happier!

I can't tell you enough that I appreciate how wonderful you, Mike and Aubrey were to us! I realize that my family life got in the way in the weeks leading up to Jaime's big day and it easily could have been a disaster. I was last second with everything! But you pulled it all together for me. I have no idea how you found the patience for me because I was frantic! There is nothing I could say to improve what Mike and Aubrey did because they were fantastic at the Bat Mitzvah! The favors and prizes for the kids were perfect. Everyone from the teenagers to the grandparents danced and had a great time! The music was excellent and as I told you and Mike the type of music was my greatest fear. My daughter and I have very different tastes, she loves the hip stuff and I like just about everything else. The editing was right on the money! There was a perfect combination of her tastes and mine! When my daughter and I were both in the ladies room and missed a song we wanted to hear, Mike repeated it right away for us! And when we got to the candle lighting ceremony and realized that candles were the things I forgot that morning (I knew it was something) he entertained everyone while my brother-in-law ran to the store! He and Aubrey were very attentive and professional throughout the day. We all had so much fun! I don't think I stopped dancing from the minute I walked into the room to the minute I left! I will be singing your praises to everyone I know! Thank you very much for everything.

The sound was perfect for the space we were in. People were able to have conversations even while others were up on the dance floor. Again a perfect combo. Beth and Stew were a great find for our wedding! Beth was extremely thorough she made sure that all of our song pics and preferences were accounted for. They made us feel very secure in our choice when we met to finalize the preparations at the site. They worked with us on our suggestions and let us know what usually works and doesn't work with the crowd. I was extremely happy however, when something went wrong. My caterer got stuck in traffic and didn't arrive until after the ceremony. Beth took control of the situation before I had a chance to worry. She and Stew rearranged the reception order and helped to stall until the caterer arrived. The guests didn't seem to notice a thing! Beth and Stew even stayed for an extra 30 min so we would have more dancing time. I can't thank them enough.

I chaired an event for my daughter's elementary school. The theme of this function was Family Fun Night. We had lots of outdoor games and a Moon Bounce planned.
